WEAVERS’ NOTES
This textile has been woven for you by Ms Phonesy of the Taileu Tribe in the traditional “Khit” method on a loom built by her husband. Patterns woven in the khit method are reversible.
Made of handspun and naturally dyed cotton yarns grown in the Houaphan Province of Laos. Slight differences in color, pattern and yarn add to the beauty of this artisan made textile.
CARE
To preserve colors, wash in cold water, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Do not bleach. Pre-treat stains as they arise. Line dry or dry flat for a softly rumpled look. Iron while damp if desired.
Natural dyes will patina over time.
